Founder & Master Trainer

Lauren is the Founder and Lead Educator of The AestheticsIQ Med Spa & Training Center, bringing over 12 years of nursing experience and a deep clinical foundation to the field of aesthetic medicine.

She began her career in healthcare with a strong emphasis on patient safety, critical thinking, and clinical excellence—skills that continue to shape her approach to aesthetics education today. Lauren has been injecting since 2019 and is known for her commitment to advanced training, having completed cadaver-based anatomy courses and ongoing education in the latest injection techniques and safety protocols.

Lauren believes great injectors are built through strong anatomy knowledge, repetition, mentorship, and real-world experience—not rushed weekend courses. This philosophy is the backbone of AestheticsIQ, where nurses are trained not only to inject, but to assess, plan, and treat patients with confidence and integrity.

As an educator, Lauren is passionate about elevating standards in the aesthetics industry and creating a supportive, empowering environment for nurses transitioning into aesthetics. She stays current with evolving techniques, products, and best practices to ensure students receive modern, evidence-based training.

Outside of the clinic and classroom, Lauren is a proud mother of five and values time with her family as much as she values building a business rooted in purpose and excellence. She understands firsthand the balance nurses seek between career growth, flexibility, and fulfillment—and has designed AestheticsIQ to help make that balance achievable.

As a certified Pro Dynametrics professional, Shannon Shait is passionate about empowering the students at Aesthetics Training & Med Spa to thrive and excel in their personal and professional endeavors. With expertise in assessing individual strengths and potentials, Shannon helps students uncover their unique talents and leverage them to achieve success in the everchanging and growing field of aesthetics.

Ms. Shait’s journey in strength assessments began with a deep-seated belief in the power of self- awareness and personal development. Recognizing that everyone possesses a distinct set of strengths and capabilities, Shannon is dedicated to guiding them on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and fulfillment. By conducting thorough assessments and providing insightful feedback, Shannon aims to support students in harnessing their innate strengths to overcome challenges, maximize their potential, and achieve their goals.
